Booking and payment process

To book your consultation or service with Dr Shyna, please follow the direct booking process below

The direct booking process will allow you to select a date and time for your appointment of your choosing, from available booking slots

The direct booking process allows you to book a consultation, specific treatments or multiple treatments. However, if you are a new patient, it is recommended that you only book a consultation in the first instance. All new patients undergo a consultation to identify individual treatment requirements and assess suitability to receive treatments. It is therefore advisable to only book specific treatments after a consultation

For all bookings, a deposit payment of £45 (payable by credit or debit card) is required at the time of booking. This is redeemable against any subsequent treatment costs. If using the direct booking process, your deposit will be taken as part of this process. For bookings made in clinic, your deposit will be taken at the time of making the booking. For any bookings made via email or telephone, you will be sent a payment link to pay the deposit. Your appointment will only be confirmed after paying the deposit.

The balance of your treatment costs will be taken at the time of your treatment. Remaining balances can be paid using all major credit or debit cards, google pay, apple pay or by using Clearpay, which enables you to pay the remainder of your treatment costs in 4 interest-free instalments over 6 weeks.

If you attend for a consultation, but no subsequent treatments are required, the deposit will be refunded in full

Bookings will be confirmed via email and you will receive further reminders 3 days before your appointment via text and 1 day before your appointment via email

If you are subsequently not able to attend your booked appointment, please ensure you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment

If you do not attend your booked appointment or fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the appointment, this will be classed as a "no show", in which event the deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable

Please do not book any services if you are < 18 year of age, as no treatments will be offered to anyone < 18 years of age
